More info

On the hill near Moleto's village there is a small church built in the 12th century called Pieve di S. Michele from which  this wine take it's name. This wine is produced with grapes coming from the following vineyards: Sabauda Ivaia, Vermasia and Marne. The grapes are harvested after long maturation, fermentation and aging occur in stainless steel tanks, followed by an appropriate period of aging in bottle before release.

Of intense ruby red color, Pieve di S. Michele is a wine with an important structure, strong but soft, round and gentle on the palate, tasty accompaniment for meats, roasts, grilled meats and cheeses.

Serving temperature 18°C.
