It is produced following the "Metodo Classico" or "Champenoise" with a second fermentation in the bottle using Pinot Noir and Chardonnay (70%-30%). The contact with the yeasts lasts at least 24 months. Bright straw yellow color and an impeccable perlage; expansive and complex aromatics of toasted seeds, bread crust, golden apple, honey, asian pear and wild flowers; full-bodied with elegance and generous, pure, fruity taste.

Pairs well with rich seafood, poultry and game such as duck. Great with cold cuts and medium-to-aged cheeses. Good with creamy and fruity tarts. 

Serve chilled.
